Return rules summary

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days after receiving it. The item and its original packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact Studio LolliPoppy for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

When you receive your order, check that everything is in good condition. If the item has been damaged during transport, whether visibly or hidden, this must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Also inform me within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return and compensation. I will send you a replacement item, and if it is sold out, you will receive a full refund.
