1. General provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of artworks and art products from the online store www.lollipoppy.no.These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a customer and:

By completing a purchase, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and fees

For delivery within Norway:

  • All prices on the website include 5% artist fee (kunstneravgift) and shipping within Norway
  • VAT is included in all prices
  • No hidden fees or additional charges

For international deliveries:

  • Flat shipping fee of 200 NOK for all international shipments
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility
  • Studio LolliPoppy has no control over or responsibility for such charges
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about possible charges

All prices may be changed without notice. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the one shown at checkout.

3. Ordering and confirmation 

  • You will receive order confirmation by email after completed purchase
  • If we cannot deliver your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible
  • In case of cancellation from our side, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used 

4. Payment

Payment methods:

  • Vipps (Norwegian mobile payment)
  • PayPal
  • Credit card/debit card
  • Invoice (only for customers over 18 years)

Payment timing:

  • Payment is required upon shipment of the order
  • For card/Vipps payments, the amount may be reserved at ordering and charged upon shipment
  • For invoice payments, payment deadline is minimum 14 days from receipt of goods

5. Delivery

Delivery time:

  • Norway: 3-5 business days with Posten Norge
  • Europe and worldwide: 1-3 weeks
  • Tracking is provided where available

Risk transfer:

The order is considered delivered when you have received it. Risk for the goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawel and returns

Right of withdrawal:

  • 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the goods
  • Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging
  • You cover return shipping costs
  • Contact us at hello@lollipoppy.no before returning to receive return address

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt
  2. Receive return address from us
  3. Send the goods back in original packaging
  4. We refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping) when we have received the goods

7. Complaints and warranty 

Right to complain:

  • Inspect goods carefully upon receipt
  • Damages or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact us at hello@lollipoppy.no with order number and description of the defect

Transport damages:

  • Visible damages must be reported to the carrier immediately
  • Hidden damages must be reported as soon as they are discovered

Our responsibility:

  • We replace defective goods with the same model where possible
  • For sold-out items, full refund is given
  • For justified complaints, we cover return shipping

8. Product information 

  • All product images are illustrative
  • Colors may vary from screen to screen
  • We reserve the right to change product information, prices, and offers without notice
  • All artworks are in limited editions

9. Copyright and intellectual property rights 

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual content on the website belong to Anne-Lene Hårstad. Use of content from the website beyond personal, non-commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data occurs in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on the website (link in footer). By making a purchase, you consent to necessary processing of your personal data. 

11. Dispute resolution 

Complaints and inquiries:

  • Contact us first at the form under "Contact" in the main menu or by an email to  hello@lollipoppy.no 
  • We will always seek to resolve any disputes amicably 

External dispute resolution:

  • You can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for guidance
  • Disputes can be brought before the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukertvistutvalget)
  • The Consumer Disputes Committee's decisions are binding four weeks after
  • Before binding effect, the case can be brought before the courts

12. Force majeure

Studio LolliPoppy is exempt from liability in force majeure situations such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • War, rebellion, or terrorist acts
  • Strike or lockout
  • Government orders or changes in law
  • Other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control

13. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes are resolved by Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as the first instance.

14. Amendments 

Studio LolliPoppy may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website and apply to new orders.
